RECOMMENDED USES OR PURPOSE: Helps maintain the health of the digestive system following periods of physical stress. Used in herbal medicine to help relieve inflammation of the gastrointestinal tract and abdominal pain and burning sensation in the stomach. Traditionally used in Herbal Medicine to relieve mild inflammation of the gastrointestinal mucosa, eg during gastritis, gastric or duodenal ulcer, enteritis. Source of antioxidants. Provides antioxidants that help reduce the oxidative damage caused by free radicals.

DURATION OF USE: Use for at least 2 months to see the beneficial effects.

RECOMMENDED DOSE: Adults: 1 scoop (6.3 g) 3 times per day. Mix the product with 1 cup of liquid (water, juice, etc.) immediately before consuming. Take with food. Take few hours before or after taking medication or natural health products.
